The NITRO MICROPHONE UNDERGROUND 10th Anniversary AF 1 mid we previewed recently will be landing this Saturday September 12. Adding to the ruckus will be this special limited tee heralding the high lords of Japanese underground hip-hop. The shoes will retail for 25,200 YEN ($273 USD) and the shirt will go for 6,825 YEN ($73.96 USD).

Aside from Kayne West’s controversial action (which he later apologized for), last night’s MTV Video Music Awards in New York City was about memories and tributes.  Starting with Madonna’s eulogy and Janet Jackson’s moving performance honoring her late brother, Michael Jackson to the closing duet from Jay-Z and Alicia Keys celebrating New York City.  In between, Kid Cudi added a salute to another artist who recently passed, DJ AM, while rocking a BAPE Baby Milo t-shirt.  The hip-hop artist was spotted sporting another Baby Milo shirt, the Baby Milo Animal Print Tee, while rehearsing with Wale before the raucous evening got started.

While screen enchantress Jessica Alba got barraged for her recent role in a graffiti stunt, clothing label A Bathing Ape (BAPE) is joining the fray as well with its popular caricature, Baby Milo.

Silk screened on simple black or white t-shirt, each with a hand illustrated graphics of Baby Milo signing his “name” in contrast colorways.  Comes in men’s and women’s sizes, with a separate kid’s style available as well.  Now on sale at BAPE retail locations around the world and its recently opened online chapter at ZOZOTOWN shopping network.

Unlike other Thursdays when retail stores prepare to call it a day as the sun sets, tonight will be a special night where the night stays young and New York City gears up for more shopping, drinks, shows and social after 6pm. For Fashion’s Night Out, one of the spots to hit would be the BBC | Ice Cream flagship store in Soho. Other than new releases such as the Heart and Mind New Era cap and a NYC 3M exclusive tee, the main man, Pharrell, will be working the register and hanging out at the store to meet with shoppers and fans.
