How long is shipping?
We use fast Priority Shipping 1-3 business days for all orders. We ship with confirmation numbers that you receive so you can track your order. Processing on all custom orders require 2 week processing. This does not include shipping times. Items are made-to-order as they are requested.

I love your stuff but it's very expensive. Where can I find it cheaper?
We're not sure but as far as we know, most of our custom items can only be found here. Items are expensive because we use the best products to begin with which are already priced high because of their quality. We provide professional customization services that you can be proud of and that we stand behind. We don't use cheap materials or quick-fix tactics. Everything is made to last a long time.

If I order in bulk, can I receive a discount?
Absolutely. The more you order, the more you save. Minimum 5 pieces to be granted a discount. Discounts vary for each product and style.

What are some of the brands you use?
Nike, Converse, Vans, Timberland, Levi's, Dickies, and Pro Club to name a few. All are either top of their class and have been around a long time, or new brands that we found to be of high quality suitable for us to work with, and offer to you.

I like what you offer but can I get something not found on your site?
Sure. We offer a lot of variety as far as colors, patterns, styles, and custom styles on the shoes, accessories, and clothing but sometimes people want to be a bit more creative or unique and we can accommodate them. just let us know what you have in mind and we'll get you a quote. A lot of the styles we offer came froma customer just like you who wanted something different.

What are your store hours?
They are not set. Someone is usually available 12pm-4am [PST] via chat or email.

What is your Return Policy?
We do not grant refunds on custom items. We ask that you are certain of your size and the colors you select before ordering. We provide size charts on most items. You can also go to a shoe store and try on a certain shoe before you order it.
If we sent you the wrong product, we 'll pay for return postage and provide a replacement item free of charge. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your item.
If there is damage to any item, we'll provide a replacement item free of charge.

Why haven't I received my tracking confirmation yet?
Custom orders require 7-10 business day for processing. If you haven't received in anything 14 days from your order date, contact us.

Do you have a printed catalog?
No. We don't plan on printing one anytime soon. We have many products that shift and change almost everyday. It's more sensible just to update the site with new styles and additions as we see fit, sometimes daily.

What is Bandana Fever?
Bandana Fever is a company that started off customizing popular sneakers and NBA jerseys almost 10 years ago. In 2003, we offered custom Chucks, Painted Nike AF1s, and Dickies uits only. We've grown over the years adding more brands. And now, we're branching out and designing our own t-shirts from scratch. The bandana t-shirts have proven to be very popular over the years. Most people order them with hoodies or Dickies suits. We just started doing graphic designs. We're keeping it simple right now with slogans and educational themes. Stay tuned. We have lots of new and big things coming your way this year as we grow our team and get better.

What are my Shipping Options?
We offer Priority 1-3 Business Shipping or Express Shipping via USPS. We do ship internationally, to APO, business offices, and PO boxes.

How do Gift Certificates work?
Gift Certificates are purchased through the store for any denomination from $1.00 to $1,000. You can purchase them for yourself or another recipient. They are non-refundable and can be used as cash at for any purchase through our store.

Can I place a phone or mail order?
Sorry, no. All orders must be placed online via our store.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere Paypal is accepted.

What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards via Paypal or Amazon payment services.

Is there a Bandana Fever store?
Not quite yet. We may be building up to that in the near future. For now, keep shopping with us online.

We always send out coupon codes or special 1-day deals on Twitter and Facebook. You have to pay attention to catch these. We also include a coupon when we send out our newsletters.
You must be a registered user on the site to rack up store credits.

Can we use the coupons and credits to purchase products?
Yes. You can build up the store credits to redeem free products, but coupons are only valid once per person per purchase. So essentially, if you grind hard enough, you can probably hustle up store credits little by little and cash them in when you obtain enough to purchase what you like.

What does the value mean for the savings?
$10, $25 value etc are store credits you earn. They can be used to purchase items or redeem on any store purchase. They never expire.

I received a $10 store credit in my account. What was it for?
It could be for any number of things. We often reward our loyal longtime customers who are big fans of our products and keep returning. It's just our way of saying thank you and you're special :)

Is there any other way to earn cash or free items?
If you have a cool idea, let us know. We may consider it and reward you if we use it.
