What Payment Methods does BandanaFever.com accept?

BandanaFever.Com uses several payment systems to accept every major credit card, including international debit cards,  and bank payments. We also accept money orders and Western Union transfers.

What is BandanaFever.com's Return Policy?

BandanaFever.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all original athletic shoes and apparel. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your delivery date. Returns must be in brand new condition with original box and applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc.) Returns that exceed our 30 day return period and/or worn products will not be accepted. Please notify us if you are requesting an exchange or return to expedite the refund or replacement of item. This does not apply to custom items. See below.

Custom items are non-refundable, but all work is guaranteed. We are strongly committed to providing the greatest quality worksmanship in the industry. Because of our commitment to quality, we guarantee our work to be free from defects, when used under the conditions for which the product was designed. If your product is deemed to be flawed, simply return the item to us for necessary adjustments to return the item to quality status.

Do you ship to post office boxes? Military addresses? International countries?

We do ship to post office boxes, military addresses, and some international countries. We will notify you if there is a problem with your shipping address.


Is BandanaFever.com a retail store?

We are an internet-based company. We will soon offer our most popular items at licensed retail outlets nationally.

Are BandanaFever.com's products authentic?

We sell Authentic Nike Authorized Products directly to retail customers online. Our products are supplied via Authorized Nike Dealers.
Custom items are rendered authentic products.
We also sell factory variants  individually to online customers. These items are supplied to local retail or e-tail companies also.


How does BandanaFever.com determine its shoe pricing?

We work to price our items at competitive rates depending on our ability to stock certain styles. The harder it is for us to obtain a style or odd size, the higher the price for that item.


How does BandanaFever.com stock such rare collections ofshoes?

We have arrangement with many domestic & foreign shoe stores to exchange or buy shoe styles that are limited edition or shoes that are not released in the U.S.A. We are always looking for new suppliers who can supply us rare & unique authentic shoes.

Does BandanaFever.com sell to Teams & Organizations in bulk prices?

We can sell most of our basketball & training shoes to teams & organizations in bulk quantities. *Some styles may be excluded from the offer. We usually reserve our variants for these types of situations, but may make special allowances.

Is my payment to BandanaFever.com secure?

All payments are redirected to our payment processor's website which utilizes SSL encryption to protect sensitive data. BandanaFever.com never has access to your credit card info.


Are the sizes listed on BandanaFever.com men's or women's sizes?

All shoes are denoted in size by gender. Most shoes are classified on individual pages for men, women, and children.


Does BandanaFever.com refund shipping fees for returns or exchanges?

All shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges are the liability of the customer.


* All returns and exchanges must be in original new condition with all accessories in new condition. We cannot accept any worn or used products.

What shipping method does BandanaFever.com use?

All local items are shipped USPS Priority. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days. Items valued at $200 or more are insured and must be signed for at the time of delivery. We do not accept requests to ship via FedEx, UPS, etc for retail customers.

How soon do products ship once an order is placed?

Shipping times vary based on product availability. Custom items normally ship within 7 days. Original athletic shoes and apparel ship within 2 days, once payment clears. Items may take longer if not immediately in stock or if item is unusual in nature of request. At any rate, delayed orders will be notified via email.

How can I find out the status of my order?

Once orders have been shipped, you will immediately be notified with your tracking info and link via email. If your order is in limbo or delayed, you will be notified by BandanaFever.com of its status.
What steps do you recommend for cleaning my Nike Products?

Nylon and canvas shoes:

Using a soft cloth, gently scrub the uppers using mild soap and cold water. Air dry. If you choose to wash nylon and canvas shoes in your washing machine, use cold water on a gentle cycle setting with mild detergent. Do not bleach your footwear or use harsh cleaning agents. Do not machine dry.

Leather and suede shoes:

Do not immerse or soak in water. Do not machine wash or dry leather and suede products. Hand wash them using a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and cold water. Air dry. Clean your shoes immediately after use when they have been exposed to mud or dirt. Saddle soap may also be used for leather products. Let them air dry.

Synthetic Durabuck:

Using a soft cloth or soft bristle brush, gently scrub the uppers using mild soap and cold water. Air dry. Do not machine wash or dry the product. Clean your shoes immediately after use when they have been exposed to mud or dirt.

Caution:

Do not machine wash products that have leather or mesh components included on a synthetic leather shoe. Follow the leather washing instructions above. Do not put any Nike shoes in a clothes dryer.
